The Saha menu is inspired by regional Indian cuisine, which we combine with international aesthetics and modern presentation. Our a la carte menu explores the vast culinary universe of regional Indian cuisine and the tasting menu focuses on innovation and creativity. At Saha you can indulge in Indian food redefined by Abhijit Saha’s modernist perspective. You can also enjoy the comfort and familiarity of a few Indian classics, served family-style.

Indian cuisine is a judicious mix of its ingredients, methods of cooking and flavours all bound together by its spices. Every dish on the Saha menu is created from a deep understanding and knowledge of the age-old cuisines from the diverse regions of India. To this wealth of tradition, Chef Abhijit Saha brings his passion for innovation and his desire to create dishes that tantalize both palate and mind. Combining the best of both worlds, he presents a dazzlingly sophisticated Indian cuisine with no compromise of its vibrant flavours or essential character.

The menu features dishes specially created for Singapore, with such highlights a Kerala vegetable istew espuma with citrus pudding, garlic crumbs, black olive powder, cracked pepper and banana chips; Tasting of mushroom – masala cappuccino, tandoor grilled and frozen masala mushroom parfait powder; Kasoori methi-seared foie gras with spice-stewed mango, mango salsa and mango panna foam; Jaipur style crispy okra-moong lentil khichri, coriander and mint; New age paneer matar with assorted mini Indian breads; Baby vegetable poriyal garden with three flavours of curd rice; Baked gulab jamun cheesecake with saffron-poached pears and macaroon; and Frozen chocolate ganache powder with cardamom, saffron soil, mint soil.

For those who want to take a quick gourmet lunch break Chef Saha has prepared Two & Three Course Set Menus served with amuse bouche & petit fours.  They change every week rotating in a cycle of 4 and feature dishes specially created for Singapore – modern, innovative and uniquely Indian.

BAR MENU

Exciting beverages complement the dining experience at SAHA which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy refreshing drinks. The bar offers cocktails inspired by molecular mixology and Indian flavours. Fine selection of vintage rums, premium vodka, whiskey and single malts further enhances the beverage experience. Wine devotees can satiate their palate with wines from India and across the world.
